![]() Jonathan and Leigh-Anne met in the spring of 1995 on the campus of the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland. Jonathan, a tuba player, and Leigh-Anne, a french-horn player, soon found themselves travelling together weekly to various gigs and rehearsals, all the while developing a close friendship. They were married in 1999 in Cape Town, South Africa but spent the first year of their marriage in Bedford, England while Jonathan finished training with Newfrontiers. In 2000 they moved to St. Louis, Missouri to be part of Jubilee Church. Jonathan helped lead worship and run a training program for young people. It was during this time that Jonathan began to write worship songs and use them in congregational worship. In March of 2004, Jonathan and Leigh-Anne (along with their two children, Caleb and Sophia) moved again to be part of a church plant in Atlanta, Georgia. Jubilee Church of Atlanta (yes, another Jubilee!) is where Leigh-Anne began leading worship together with Jonathan. In addition to leading worship, they also enjoy writing and recording songs. |
